Role Description
This is a full-time or part time in house role for a Project Engineer/ Assistant Project manager based in Warrenton, VA. The Project Engineer will oversee and manage engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to General Contractor's specifications. Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating with teams, managing resources, troubleshooting technical challenges, reviewing engineering designs, Change order, RFI, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Engineering, Project Planning, and Project Management
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a focus on delivering results
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a similar role or field is a plus
- Detail-oriented with Commercial Painting.
- Spanish as a second language is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with Paint Submittals, RFI, Drawdowns, and Change orders.
- Detail-Oriented in Commercial Painting estimates, using PlanSwift.
Experience:
- Construction Estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
- paint Estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
