Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Loan Officer for a full-time hybrid role based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients through the loan process by evaluating financial documents, providing tailored loan solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include loan origination, processing applications, coordinating with underwriting teams, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships and proactively assist clients in achieving their homeownership and refinancing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in loan origination and understanding of loan processes
- Knowledge of finance and underwriting procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in working with industry tools and software related to loan processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
