Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with attention to detail
- Maintain front desk appearance, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment through filing, data entry, and document proofreading
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office
- Assist with basic office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing systems, and record keeping
- Support administrative functions including data entry, document proofreading, and maintaining organized files
Experience
- Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to support diverse client needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
