We are excited to announce our new IN-HOUSE Rehabilitation Program offering advanced treatment technologies and interventions provided by our professional and highly skilled IN-HOUSE PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL & SPEECH Rehabilitation Therapists.

It is our goal to DELIVER excellent post-acute care rehabilitation experiences to every patient entrusted to our care. We need your help to complete our team and together we will DELIVER exceptional care and clinical outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Speech Language Pathologist license in the State of Texas
• Graduate of a Speech Language Program from an accredited university
• Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care.
• Has a passion for therapy and teaching and who has outstanding written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Autonomous and self-motivated associate that believes in a team approach to problem solving and care.
• Freely shares their ideas and visions and stands up for what they believe in and loves having a positive impact on patient's lives.
• Knowledge of Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care regulations and general healthcare compliance
• Experience with EMRs (Preferred but not required)
