You Will Make An Impact By:
- Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, and Legal teams to craft employee-centered storytelling that reflects our values and mission.
- Build strong relationships with frontline employees to ensure their perspectives and experiences are represented in our communications.
- Partner with divisional leaders to support and align messaging across the company.
- Lead communication strategies for employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops—ensuring employees feel heard and valued.
- Manage and evolve our internal digital signage and divisional intranet sites to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across functions, regions, and audiences, fostering a unified employee experience.
- Travel occasionally to key sites to engage directly with frontline teams and capture authentic stories from the field.
- 5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field preferred—you know how to connect with people and bring culture to life.
- A degree in Communications or a related field—or equivalent experience that shows you’ve got the chops.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—you can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that resonate. (Writing samples will be requested.)
- Hands-on experience with digital communication tools—from digital signage and newsletters to town halls and intranet platforms.
- A collaborative mindset—you’re great at building relationships across teams and functions.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, global environment—you’re adaptable, organized, and ready to pivot when needed.
