MKS Enterprises is hiring on-call sidewalk snow removal crew members for the winter season.
This is physical work. You’ll be shoveling, snowblowing, salting, and clearing walkways during and after storms across Lincoln. It’s not easy. But if you’re the kind of person who gets satisfaction from a job done right, you’ll love this.
Pay & Schedule
- $30/hour
- Paid weekly
- On-call per storm — you pick the ones you’re available for
- Most shifts last 6–16 hours, depending on the storm

What You’ll Need
- Reliable transportation (you must be able to make it to the meet-up point in any weather)
- Your own cold-weather gear: boots, gloves, coat, hat, snow pants, etc.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outside in extreme cold
- A mindset that doesn’t quit when it gets uncomfortable
All tools (shovels, blowers, salt, trucks) are provided. You just show up ready to work.
