Room To Grow in Lincoln, NE is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with snow removal during the winter months. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in cold weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearing snow from driveways, walkways, and parking lots using shovels and snow blowers
• Applying salt or other de-icing materials to surfaces to prevent slip hazards
• Maintaining and organizing snow removal equipment
• Following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Working with a team to efficiently complete snow removal tasks

Qualifications:
