Do you coach the technical-oriented Supervisors of today, to be customer-, service- and result-oriented Line Supervisors? Are you responsible for the selection of personnel, training and continuous qualification of the employees? Do you deal with complaints as well as supervision of customer satisfaction? The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
