At KONE Lisle, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will provide caring and collaborative leadership for our team of recruiters in the US and Canada. Every day, this team engages and hires qualified, experienced candidates by building strong relationships and partnering closely with the business to understand evolving hiring needs. As their leader, you will co-create and implement a talent attraction strategy that will strengthen our future pipelines in US and Canada. What You’ll Do ✔️ Coach, develop, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure consistent and effective business partnering across the area. ✔️ Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their goals, anticipate talent challenges, and provide strategic guidance on the talent market and sourcing strategies to meet current and future needs. ️ ✔️Work with our People & Communications team of HR Business Partners to support organizational design, workforce planning, and internal and external talent pipelining. ✔️Collaborate with the Communications team to develop creative employer branding strategies and drive new marketing initiatives that reach more diverse candidate pools. ️ ✔️ Drive the implementation and usage of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, platforms, and AI technologies to improve efficiency and standardize or enhance current practices. ✔️ Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, assess Return on Investment, and negotiate contracts and rates. What We’re Looking For ✅ 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience managing a team and working with recruitment contractors ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ✅ Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, talent marketing, and other HR technologies ✅ Has a strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws and regulations, and best practices in US and Canada ✅ Proven ability to partner with the business to match talent to organizational strategies ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including project and change management ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions Company Overview Founded in 1910, KONE is a global leader that provides elevators, escalators and automatic building doors, as well as solutions for maintenance and modernization that add value to buildings throughout their life cycle. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
