Sales Consultant

Our client is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant who has a passion for fashion, personal style, and creating memorable shopping experiences. In this role, you’ll connect with customers, understand their individual needs, and provide personalized recommendations while helping drive sales and build lasting brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and personal style.
• Provide thoughtful fashion and product recommendations to help customers find the right pieces.
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate features, benefits, and styling options.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals by executing effective selling strategies.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using available company tools and resources.
• Assist with merchandising, floor sets, replenishment, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support opening and closing responsibilities and other day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while collaborating with team members to create an exceptional environment for both customers and colleagues.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience in retail, interior design, furniture, or a related customer-facing environment is preferred but not required.
