We’re hiring a Data Analyst to support business reporting and analytics across multiple departments, including operations, finance, HR, and sales. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, and turning insights into actionable business decisions.
This position will focus heavily on developing reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI, DOMO, and SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
- Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, cloud platforms, APIs)
- Support the development of BI solutions, including refining dashboards before deployment into DOMO
- Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs
- Assist with troubleshooting reporting issues and supporting end users
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and standardizing templates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, reports, data modeling)
- Exposure to DOMO (strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query)
- Understanding of basic ETL processes and data structures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
