Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Controller role based in Mansfield, OH. The Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, creating financial strategies to support organizational goals, and analyzing financial data for process improvements. The Controller will also collaborate with team members to guide financial decision-making and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP standards, internal controls, and accounting principles
- Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to use financial management software effectively
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; CPA certification is a plus
