MK Cleaning Services provides high-quality residential deep cleans, recurring maintenance cleans, and short-term rental turnovers across Northern Vermont. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional standard for every home, using systematic top-to-bottom cleaning workflows and rigorous sanitization protocols.
We are expanding our team and looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for our clients!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning services in residential homes, deep cleans, and rental turnover properties.
- Execute our top-to-bottom cleaning structure, including high/low dusting, ceiling fan cleaning, window sill wiping, and detailed baseboard care.
- Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, polish fixtures, clean appliance exteriors, make beds, and perform edge-to-edge vacuuming and mopping.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and cross-contamination protocols, including using color-coded microfiber systems.
- Inspect work upon completion to ensure all quality standards and client specifications are met.
- Maintain clean, well-organized cleaning caddies and equipment.
- Communicate punctually and professionally with management and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, high level of dependability, and punctual attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Eye for cleanliness, organization, and delivering high-quality results consistently.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle to travel to job sites throughout Chittenden and Franklin County.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift up to 30 lbs, and remain physically active throughout the shift (4-8 hours at a time).
- Experience: Prior professional cleaning or Short Term Rental turnover experience is not necessary, willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude!
