Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute industrial cleaning duties that may involve heavy-duty equipment and specialized cleaning techniques.
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Serve as a porter by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition; report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Carry out floor care tasks including buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure floors are well-maintained.
- Support facilities maintenance by performing minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform residential painting tasks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
