We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage and oversee the shipping and receiving processes across our organization. In this role, you will ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time, while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling shipments.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate shipping records, documentation, and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to optimize shipping processes.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization as needed.
- Provide support for special projects, including international shipments or large-scale mailings.
- Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
What Sets You Apart
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with shipping software, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier requirements, and international shipping procedures is a plus.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
Compensation Range:
$42,000 – $47,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
