We are a mid-sized, well-established General Contractor based in the Albany Capital Region, seeking an experienced On-Site Construction Project Manager / Superintendent to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and design professionals
- Manage schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality control
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
- Track project progress, budgets, and change orders
- Maintain clear communication with ownership, clients, and field teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Background with a general contractor (not residential-only)
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- OSHA certification required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
