Position: Package Delivery Driver (Step Vans & Standard Vans)
Location: Greenville, NC 27834
Pay: $150–$220 per day (route-based not hourly)
Schedule: Up to 6 days per week WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED (Saturday or Sunday mandatory)

What You’re Applying For
This is a physically demanding delivery driver position, not a warehouse or helper role. Drivers are responsible for loading their own truck, driving their assigned delivery route, and delivering packages safely and efficiently throughout the day.
You must be comfortable navigating with GPS, following route sequencing, and remaining in full compliance with all road laws and FedEx Ground safety regulations while providing excellent customer service.
This is a day-rate position you are paid by the day, not by the hour. Your workday ends once your route is completed.
Job Expectations
- Load your assigned delivery vehicle at the station each morning
- Drive company-provided FedEx-branded vehicles (non-CDL)
- Deliver 75–100 stops per day to residential and business locations
- Lift, carry, and deliver packages throughout the day
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and FedEx routing systems
- Maintain strict safety compliance with DOT rules, traffic laws, and FedEx Ground policies
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop
- Work independently with integrity, accountability, and consistency
Pay & Work Structure
- $150–$220 per day, based on route type, experience, and performance
- Paid training provided
- Weekly performance incentives available
- This is not an hourly position — productivity and route completion determine your day
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs
- Physically able to handle repetitive lifting, walking, and driving
- Weekend availability is REQUIRED
- Willing to work up to 6 days per week
