Point 2 Point INC., a FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring full-time and part-time Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to operate company-provided step vans in the Raleigh / Durham area. This is a local, home-daily position delivering packages to residential and business customers.

Schedule
- Full-time & Part-time opportunities
- Typical shift: 8:30 AM – Veries by day
- Days vary based on route assignment
- Weekend availability required
- No overnights – be home every night
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a company-provided step van
- Deliver packages accurately and on time along assigned routes
- Use GPS and scanning technology to complete deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service at each stop
- Verify deliveries and obtain proof of delivery when required
- Load, unload, and secure packages as needed
- Work independently while following all FedEx Ground safety standards
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- DOT physical (paid by employer)
- Strong attention to safety and time management
