About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Programmatic Trader / Account Manager with a strong foundation in The Trade Desk to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives on data, strategy, communication, and client collaboration.
This position blends hands-on programmatic trading with client-facing account management. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns backed by thoughtful strategy and clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs, especially The Trade Desk.
- Design and implement testing strategies to improve performance across display, video, and mobile.
- Monitor campaign goals such as scale, pacing, ramp-up, and creative performance.
- Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports for client meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, helping translate technical campaign performance into business-relevant insights.
- Manage vendor relationships, including 3rd party data providers and PMP/PG deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Communicate with internal teams (Paid Search, Paid Social, Creative Directors) regarding creative updates or strategy changes to campaigns.
- Manage tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM) as needed.
- Monitor client dashboards – fixing any tracking issues or discrepancies between TTD and the analytics dashboards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ad tech platforms, programmatic tools, and industry trends.
- Assist in evaluating new tools, platforms, or innovations in the digital media space.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience using The Trade Desk is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of in-platform trading experience with major RTB platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven client-facing experience and the ability to present complex campaign data clearly and confidently.
- Ability to translate data into insights and solutions that solve business challenges.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced tech environment.
- Background in digital media strategy and campaign execution is preferred.
