Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder, preferably located in New Jersey, New York, or San Francisco. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, driving business model innovation, and leveraging lean startup methodologies. The role involves leading marketing and sales efforts, conducting market research, and ensuring agile product development. The Co-Founder will also be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
• Proven experience in business model development, lean startup, and agile methodologies
• Track record of iterating on product-market fit based on customer feedback and data-driven insights
• Experience in sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and trend analysis
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive the company's vision forward
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and Farsi is preferred
