What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Barback position at MIXXD Beverage Service?

What To Expect:
- Events are typically 7–9 hours (on your feet)
- Most events fall on weekends (Fri–Sun)
- Travel within ~2 hours of 44647 (most events within 45 minute range)
- Team-based environment — everyone sets up & cleans up.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Two training events before being added to the tip pool
What we’re looking for:

- Must be 19
- Prefer someone with restaurant/bar experience - but not required. You would have the option of potentially moving to bartender for the 2027 season (if 21 ).

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep coolers stocked, organized, & iced.
- Run to and from the truck for additional inventory (cups, mixers, etc.)
- Help prep garnishes and bar ingredients
- Bus empty cups from tables
- Assist with setting up & clean up
- Help move and set up bars, coolers, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional workspace at all times
Additional Responsibilities (21 ):
- Assist with pouring beer and wine
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
