Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and trash disposal to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks, assembling ingredients, and supporting cooks during service.
- Restock bar supplies, glassware, utensils, and kitchen essentials to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts.
- Buss tables and clear empty dishes to keep the dining area tidy and inviting for guests.
- Support bartenders with basic tasks like preparing garnishes or retrieving ingredients using POS systems TOAST.
- Handle food handling responsibilities in compliance with safety regulations to ensure quality and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and clear communication.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotels, or catering is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS system TOAST preferred.
- Experience in food preparation, bussing, or serving roles demonstrates your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
