As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting the General Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading your team, maintaining service and quality standards, and fostering a fun and safe work environment. Shift Leads also step in to perform other team member duties as needed.

What we’re looking for:
- 1 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team players with a calm and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and leading by example
- Willingness to learn and embody our culture and values
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, repetitive reaching, bending, and twisting
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day, with intermittent breaks
Your Day-to-Day:
- Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude while assisting customers and resolving issues
- De-escalate and manage conflicts effectively
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance management for the team
- Ensure all employees are following the proper timekeeping practices
- Ensure execution of proper cash handling procedures
- Complete daily cash deposits and record-keeping
- Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and end-of-day tasks
- Work with the team and the Safety Ambassador to provide a safe environment for our staff and our guests
- Communicate and direct the team on food production for the day
- Ensure team members are following the MIXT recipe and production standards and procedures, as well as adhering to state and local health codes
- Assist the General Manager and MIT/AGM with inventory management
- Any additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
