Your Day-to-Day:
- Provide an engaging, friendly experience to all guests
- Maintain a “customer-first” attitude while working with speed and efficiency
- Operate the POS system, process transactions, and resolve guest inquiries
- Increase sales through up-selling and signing up guests for our Rewards program
- Manage online orders and ensure smooth transactions for third-party pickups
- Maintain cleanliness in the front of the house by bussing tables, taking out trash, and keeping the dining area tidy
- Stay informed about our seasonally changing menu and assist guests with dietary restrictions
- Follow all food and safety standards
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to our uniform policy
- Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers, modeling friendly and business-appropriate behavior
- Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager
