As a Mortgage Banker, you will be responsible for originating and processing residential mortgage loans. This position requires expertise in home financing solutions, regulatory compliance, and strong networking skills to generate leads and build relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
- Educate clients on mortgage options and assist them through the loan process
- Meet and exceed loan production goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending.
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and regulations.
- Excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a loan pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- Mortgage Lending Experience Preferred.
