Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving incoming calls from current and prospective new customers, accurate and timely order entry and processing, providing information to customers as it relates to their account or orders, suggestive selling and professional problem solving in a manner that is fiscally responsible.
Incumbents are also responsible for efficiently managing their time in a manner that generates to contact customers to generate additional sales and maintain accurate contact information.
Requirements
High School Diploma
Two year degree in business or related field is helpful
Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus
