📍 What will your duties be?
Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, business administration, or related field, with experience in maintenance (soft and hard services), and fluency in English and Spanish.

📍 What will your duties be?
- General operations; management of maintenance, suppliers, contracts, and services for the area and facility security; as well as office layout and physical changes, and support in the logistics and organization of events organized by MIU. (40%)
- Support in reviewing contracted services, ensuring their implementation (cleaning, fumigation, and any work contracted by Facilities Services). (10%)
- Support in ensuring compliance with Facilities Services standards at the facilities. (10%) Budget and inventory management and control. (20%)
- Review of area processes and procedures, reports, and management of communications with building administration. (10%)
- All other tasks requiring support, related to the General Services Department. (10%)
Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, business administration, or related field, with experience in maintenance (soft and hard services), and fluency in English and Spanish.
Skills:
- Management of maintenance for critical and non-critical systems.
- Knowledge of capital expenditures (Capex) and operating expenses (Opex).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
