Position Overview
The Senior Credit Analyst - Inventory Finance, is a commercial credit (dealer floorplan) underwriting role that contributes to underwriting of all transaction sizes, has a critically important function to review and process transactions within their earned credit authority and present transactions for total exposures exceeding earned credit authority to senior management across all verticals. Candidate should have broad commercial lending experience in a variety of asset classes with demonstrated success in working in a fast paced, high growth environment

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Underwrite, prepare detailed, thorough credit memos presenting the credit request withappropriate risksand mitigants and decision transactions within earned credit authority Present transactions that exceed earned credit authority to senior management.
- Review and spread financials/tax returns to provide formative analysisregardingperformance and trends. Familiarity with Moody’s Financial/Risk Analysis or a comparable financial spreading tool is important toassistwith underwriting analysis.
- Provide articulate, thoughtful, and effective communication when discussing transactions with Sales, Dealers, as well as with internal clients such as the Operations department.
- Obtain & analyze public andprivate informationsuch as Dun & Bradstreet reports, Paynet reports, Secretary of State corporate name verifications, Credit Bureau reports etc.
- Knowledge of UCC perfection process, reviewing UCC searches todeterminepriority, understanding and ability to negotiate intercreditor agreements and other legal documentation.
- Research industries, markets, andequipmentas necessary.
- Ability to work independently to complete assigned new business requests, increases and/or annual reviews.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of commercial underwriting experience (not consumer or mortgage) with a bank or other financial institution.
- Experience in underwriting commercial dealer floorplan requests across number of industries within transportation, equipment finance, construction, otherassets classes
- Adapts to changes in the work environment.
- Collects and researches data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 4 - year bachelor’s degreerequiredwith a major in finance or management preferred.

Salary : $76,600 - $89,757
