What You'll Do:
The Materials Coordinator collaborates with various departments to manage efficient flow of all production planning activities, inventory management, production schedules, SRW shipping, and data entry. This position reports to the Materials Manager.
- Inputs data into SAP and databases supporting the Materials and Production teams of ALPOLIC
- Responsible for accurately maintaining all electronic and physical archiving of plant documentation requiring retention
- Supports Materials team with SAP BOM and Routing as well as data entry changes for yield or budget standard updates
- Create effective and efficient production schedules for ALPOLIC coil coating and lamination work centers
- Scans production paperwork and coil cards for proper ISO archiving
- Troubleshoot and correct production posting variances and errors for proper entry
- Complete financial close and settlement to fiscal period each month in compliance with Accounting and internal auditing
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree desired
- One to three years of experience in manufacturing
- One to three years of experience in an administrative role
- General knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and production processes
- General understanding of measurement metrics and KPI’s within production processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and SAP software platforms or similar windows based ERP
- Good computer skills and general understanding of software terminology
- Proven troubleshooting skills

- The salary range for this position is $64,896 - $81,120. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
