What You’ll Do

🛒 Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes

📦 Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and properly sequenced

🛡️ Secure products for transport to prevent damage

🤝 Work as part of a coordinated, high‑energy team to keep operations moving

🗂️ Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading

🔍 Locate missing items and resolve discrepancies

⚠️ Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program

🌟 Represent Milgard’s values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environments
• Familiarity with glass handling or window/door products is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success
• Enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in doing things right
