ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in preparing and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
- Provide aid in transporting customer products by utilizing correct lifting methods to prevent injuries.
- Help to organize inventory within the shipping area, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient shipping processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
- Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
- Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

- Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- May be required to frequently lift to 50 lbs. Depending on the job.
- Hand dexterity and strength.
- Prolonged sitting and terminal use.
- Primarily operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
- Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
