Shift: Swing Shift

Starting Pay: $23/hour $2 shift differential

What You'll Do

As a Quality Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every window and door meets the highest standards. You’ll support new product launches and ongoing quality initiatives, making a real impact across our production lines.

Daily Responsibilities Include

• Auditing in-process and finished product quality checks
• Maintaining accurate records of product testing and inspections
• Investigating quality issues to identify root causes and drive improvements
• Collaborating with team members at all levels—from operators to managers
• Working with corporate and local quality teams to uphold standards
• Recommending process and tooling changes to improve quality and reduce waste
• Implementing improvements across teams (no direct management responsibility)
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with quality systems and standards
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
