📍 Fife, WA

⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

💵 Starting Pay: $22–$25/hr $2/hr Shift Differential

Milgard Windows & Doors is hiring a Production Worker I to support our Grave Shift operations in Fife, WA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, active work and take pride in delivering high‑quality results. 🪟✨

🌟 What You’ll Do

You’ll Support Our Fiberglass Lineal Production Process By

• 📦 Ensuring key operational goals are met: On‑Time Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Safety, Housekeeping, and Scrap reduction
• 🛠️ Following standard work instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• 🎯 Delivering high‑quality work on schedule to help meet customer expectations
• 💬 Demonstrating Milgard’s Core Values in all workplace interactions
• 🦺 Adhering to all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
• 🧹 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
  

💡 What You Bring

• 🏭 1 year of related work experience preferred (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fiberglass, Painting)
• 📏 Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
• 🔧 Experience using hand tools and power tools
• ➗ Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions)
• 💪 Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted
