Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with consumers through live chat, incoming calls, email sales leads.
- Makes sales appointments
- Ability to explain product performance and benefits
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Work closely with management on equipment, technology and pricing options
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience a plus
- Previous call center or customer service experience helpful
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Quality customer service skills
