Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop accurate insurance quotes tailored to customer needs
- Process policy changes and update client information
- Handle payments and issue essential insurance documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Maintain detailed records and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- No prior insurance experience requiredwe provide full training and licensing assistance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
