We're looking for an Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Yakima, WA! In this role, you'll build relationships, assist clients with policy updates, issue insurance documentation, and provide top-tier service. No insurance experience? No problem! We provide 100% licensing assistance and training to set you up for success. The position offers a base salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, with quarterly commissions, a year-end performance bonus, and a monthly base pay.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Handle payments and issue essential insurance documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Maintain detailed records and provide exceptional customer service
