Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business, including standard and high-net-worth personal lines accounts
• Handle renewals (approximately 80% of workload) and quote new business (approximately 20% of workload)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; compensation will be commensurate with experience
• Software Skills: Experience with AMS360 is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment
• A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
