What You’ll Do
As a Machine/Assembly Operator, you’ll be an essential part of our production team, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In this role, you will: Operate molding and assembly machines, or perform manual assembly tasks with a strong focus on safety and productivity
Take ownership of the quality of products produced at your workstation
Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure smooth and efficient transitions
Review and follow workstation instructions to maintain consistency and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Arrive a few minutes before your shift to support seamless handovers What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a team environment.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision Key Skills & Strengths: Familiarity with Kanban systems and labeling processes (or willingness to learn)
Ability to identify basic molding defects such as sink marks or flash
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to distinguish colors accurately
Understanding of (or willingness to learn) quality and environmental procedures related to the role
