Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Allergy Advanced Practice Provider with at least one year of clinical experience for an onsite position in Midwood, NY.
• This full-time role involves varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.
• The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in oral immunotherapy and managing patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
  
  

Requirements

• Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Conduct and interpret various allergy tests.
• Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on allergy management.
• Manage acute allergic reactions in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with clinical team members for high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in allergy, immunology, or primary care.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and dedicated to exceptional patient care.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
