- We are seeking a dedicated Allergy Advanced Practice Provider with at least one year of clinical experience for an onsite position in Midwood, NY.
- This full-time role involves varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.
- The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in oral immunotherapy and managing patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
- Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
- Conduct and interpret various allergy tests.
- Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy.
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on allergy management.
- Manage acute allergic reactions in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with clinical team members for high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
- Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in allergy, immunology, or primary care.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to exceptional patient care.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
