This role involves supporting a deployment project in Charlotte, NC, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with IT teams.
The position is full-time and requires expertise in various technologies to ensure successful project implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the deployment project, ensuring successful implementation.
Deliver excellent customer service, minimizing disruptions.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate parties.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to enhance support experiences.
Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve IT services.
