Position Description:
We’re seeking motivated sales professionals who want to take their strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals into the world of staffing and recruiting. If you enjoy building relationships, hitting goals, and helping people find meaningful work, this is the perfect next step in your career! With extensive on the job training, you will have all the resources to be a successful sales executive in the staffing industry.
As a Staffing Specialist/Account Manager, you will use your sales experience to generate new business and grow pre-existing client accounts. Successful candidates in this position are tenacious, positive, confident, organized, agile and hungry. The environment is dynamic, and you will be in an atmosphere that offers a tremendous amount of support, training and guidance.
What will my day be like? Every day in staffing is different, fast paced and challenging. In the beginning, you will start recruiting candidates by sourcing and interviewing to place top applicants in roles that fit their skills and ambitions. Once you have mastered the recruiting cycle, you will have the opportunity to learn the sales side of the business. You will be assigned a manager/mentor who will help set you up for long-term success!You will have the opportunity to get out there and build relationships with potential and existing clients by taking them out and hosting events, attending networking events and conferences, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their go to staffing partner
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching staffing services to closing client agreements
- Provide excellent service to both clients and candidates to ensure long-term relationships
- Set up in person client meetings to understand upcoming projects and help find solutions for their talent deficits
- Join various tech communities to build relationships and meet potential prospects
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales background required (inside/outside sales, account management or business development)
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with an outgoing personality
- Competitive, driven, ambitious and motivated by meeting goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Desire to transition into staffing/recruiting with training and mentorship provided
- 2 years of sales experience in any industry

Compensation: Base Salary plus generous commission plan with unlimited potential earnings. Health, Dental and Vision Benefits plus ESOP enrollment.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
