• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and delivery teams are supported.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Demonstrate expertise in complex programs and initiatives.
• Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation to aid in development and refinement of tools and processes.
• Track product performance and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with quality engineering to ensure high standards of quality and reliability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with user interviews, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
