Pay Range: $60,000-$62,000 Per Year
Description
Provide comprehensive social work and therapeutic services.
Engage with families in crisis and at risk of child placement due to neglect or abuse.
Apply trauma-informed practices and knowledge of family systems.
Work within community- and neighborhood-based programs.
Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical counseling sessions with individuals and families.
Develop and implement case plans for clients.
Supervise and support other social workers and therapists.
Collaborate with community resources to support client needs.
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, mental health, or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical counseling in mental health or social services.
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed practice, and relational theories.
