- The role requires direct supervision, administrative oversight, and collaboration with various departments to ensure the safety and well-being of families and children.
- Flexibility and the ability to work outside traditional hours are essential.
- Master's degree in social work, mental health, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in clinical counseling or social services.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
- Experience with trauma-informed, client-centered, anti-oppressive approaches.
- Knowledge of child development and family systems theories.
