Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to elicit and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions using declarative tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose alternative solutions to complex problems.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, managing expectations.
• Lead user acceptance testing and create training materials for user adoption.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with 2-3 years focusing on CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of platform configuration, standard objects, and dashboards.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred certifications in platform administration or business analysis.
