- Collaborate with product and operations stakeholders to define reporting requirements
- Work with other applications like TRADS to understand data mapping and functional requirements
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira to manage project workflows and deliverables
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support payment processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
- Strong business knowledge around payments and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Excellent requirement gathering and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Experience working with data evolution and understanding of data usage in industry
