- This role is based in Jamaica, NY and requires onsite presence.
- The position is contract-based and involves improving clinical quality by utilizing generic technology systems.
- BSN and active RN license in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
- Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, or value-based care
- Knowledge of quality improvement programs
- Familiarity with chronic disease management and care coordination
- Proficiency in EMR systems and population health platforms
