- This full-time position involves managing vaccine programs, training clinical staff, and ensuring compliance.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records is required.
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience across multiple sites
- Experience with vaccine management and compliance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Knowledge of immunization program management
- Experience in training and supervising clinical staff
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills
