Key Responsibilities
- Lead tenant adoption, onboarding, and release-readiness activities.
- Manage use case release pipeline and coordinate cross-functional partners.
- Oversee tenant communications and enablement, tracking adoption and deployment progress.
- Prepare executive-ready updates highlighting key milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Assess business impact and support successful rollout of new capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs from planning through deployment.
- Experience delivering technology solutions and driving implementation, onboarding, and adoption activities.
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills, with the ability to drive resolution and escalation.
- Experience partnering with business, technology, and control stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing presentations and executive updates.
