Description

• This position involves serving as a primary care provider in a long-term care setting.
• The role is full-time, located in Shrewsbury, NJ, with a weekday schedule.
• Candidates must be board certified and will receive extensive training.

Requirements

• NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in)
• Board Certification
• Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads

• Must be Board Certified
• Experience in a hospital setting is preferred
• Commitment to Self-Development
• Ability to develop health care team staff
• Experience in providing continuity of care
