Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and manage workflow processes to ensure timely patient access.
Analyze denial trends and collaborate with leadership to improve reimbursement outcomes.
Design and refine workflows to enhance patient and provider experiences.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to drive team accountability and development.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading teams in a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with health insurance and medical terminology.
